I had written a reply to your last post on this subject and it is no longer present or I cant pull it up. I have to say your experience is something that I will not try to defend I will only say that my experience is completely different- as I had posted before, when one onof the kids sat to close to a fire and burnt a whole in the stadium seat and the buckle the had a new buckle in a couple of days. Why didn’t you call? there is a 800 number. I own an optical shop and I have had packages go all over the states and I had to track it down ( Our postal service would never make a mistake?) I can see your original post as being efficient, but the second post seems to become vengeful, like there is more to the story. I have had people that come back a year to two years after I have made them glasses and tell me they can’t see out of them anymore. I have a 60 day replacement clause if I don’t know they is a problem, I can’t fix it. I know the main responsibility stays with the manufacturer, but the buyer can’t expect us to call every purchase to check with you, got take some effort. I’ve bought three vests from Bucklick Creek for myself and my family and have had great luck with all of them. The self supporting seat has enabled me to kill birds that I normally couldn’t set up on without the vest.
